Marriage License Information: The bride and groom are required to apply for a marriage license in person, from the county clerk’s office in which they reside. Out of state residents must apply for a license in the county where the ceremony will be held.
After the ceremony, it is my responsibility to file the license with the appropriate county’s Register of Deeds office.
